Under his leadership, Unilog has grown from a small technology start-up to becoming one of the top five global B2B e-commerce solution providers. Unilog today employs people in excess of 900 spread across India and United States. Achutha holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Mr. Rajen Wagle - Director
Mr. Rajen Wagle brings over 40 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, spanning licensed on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms. He has led the design of scalable, workflow-driven architectures with complex backend integrations across ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. His core expertise includes distributed systems, data architecture, advanced analytics, and data mining. Rajen has overseen the development of high-throughput data pipelines, microservices-based platforms, and intelligent automation solutions. As Head of Product Management and Engineering R&D at AvaxPro, he drives the company’s technical vision, product strategy, and innovation roadmap—ensuring performance, extensibility, and long-term scalability of the platform.

He has overseen the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical platforms across sectors, integrating complex backend systems and driving digital transformation initiatives. Saju’s experience spans the full software lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment and optimization—across both on-premise and cloud environments. At AvaxPro Tech Pvt. Ltd., he serves as Director, providing strategic and technical leadership across product development, engineering, and operations. He plays a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that meet evolving enterprise demands.
